        TDG type high temperature clinker chain plate scale is an automatic quantitative feeding or metering device developed to solve the problem of measurement and control of high temperature clinker in cement industry. It can be widely used in the measurement and grinding of clinker in the cement industry. The metering and feeding device for high-temperature clinker provides accurate measurement data for scientific management of the kiln in order to increase cement production and reduce heat consumption.

        TDG type high-temperature chain plate scale adopts suspension installation method, which highlights many advantages such as high measurement accuracy, reliable operation, simple maintenance, low maintenance, and strong adaptability to the conditions of the ring.

main feature:

The unique S-shaped transporting plate is stamped and formed by wear-resistant steel plate. It has compact structure, stable operation and minimal noise. The tapered baffles on both sides can effectively prevent material leakage.

The conveying mechanism adopts special heat treatment with large pitch casting sprocket and single-side curved roller chain (p=100), which is resistant to high temperature and wear, and there is no deviation phenomenon in the conveying process;

The drag mechanism is equipped with BW series cycloid reducer, which has stable transmission, low noise, low vibration and dust resistance;

The unique weak magnetic gear speed measuring device and high temperature load sensor make the weighing and speed measuring signals accurate and stable.
